In the Beginning -

Barack re-created the heavens and the earth.  From  this pristine media image, one day before election, it was clear we would  have our first black president.  What remains unknown is whether  a person without any executive   experience can provide the leadership necessary to continue  America's role as the world's leading  power. With his pro-union policies will he decimate the nation's economy, the goose that lays the golden egg? With his energy policies, will he  increase the cost of living beyond everyone's means? With  his economic policies will he tax and  spend us all into debtor's prison while reviving the welfare state?
Probably!!

The Financial Crisis

During House of Representatives hearings on the financial health of Fannie and Freddie, the Democrats in charge report that all is in order. Within months both Fannie and Freddie are insolvent from issuing sub-prime and alternate-A loans to folks unable to pay their mortgages. Of those with blood on their hands, Chris Dodd, Barack Obama, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, and Barney Frank received almost half a million dollars in campaign contributions from Fannie and Freddie. It is hard to blow. the whistle on campaign contributors when the money is rolling in. The rest of the story is history and should have been anticipated when the fox is in charge of the hen house.

Obama's Energy Independence
Obama's goal of energy independence of foreign oil is laudable. His belief that by joining with environmentalists in this pursuit he will achieve any independence at all is a pipe dream. Obama's words put him on the right track, but he is moving in the wrong direction with the wrong crowd.  Environmental constraints and obstructions over the past few decades explain our current level of dependence on foreign oil, and will be the primary impediment to developing any energy independence in the future.  Obama has said that oil dependence is a threat to national security.  Based upon our history, environmentalists pose a far more serious threat to our national security.

Fannie & Freddie

In hearings on C-SPAN (Dec 2008) Fannie and Freddie CEOs testify that they feared becoming niche players in the housing market. They both decided to increase market share in the subprime and alt-A mortgage market in 2005. Over the next three years these Government Sponsored Enterprises took over high risk loans from private lenders. With Barney Frank's complicity, it is reported that Fannie and Freddie spent as much as 179 million dollars on lobbying expenses. Fannie CEO, Frank Raines, collects 96 million dollars in bonus money, part of which is clawed back as illegal by regulators, and he subsequently becomes financial advisor to Obama.

Spread the Wealth

The wealthy are the incredibly generous benefactors to both the government and the poor in America.  Most citizens are poorly informed about the level of generosity available to those in need.  This paper itemizes the entitlements and levels of cash and in-kind support available to all who qualify.  America's level of generosity has become a magnet drawing folks from all over the world to our shores.  The man on the street would be startled to learn how generous we are.  In eight states welfare assistance pays more than a first year teacher's salary.  In 39 states welfare pays more than an $8.00-an0-hour job.  Get your orientation here.    

The Carbon Demons

An introductory story about the strange behavior of a commuter identifies the fundamentals of research design. In research it is impossible to prevent something that has never happened. Likewise, if some feared outcome is predicted, but has never before happened, an experiment designed to prevent that outcome can not prove it worked. Yet a consensus of government scientists are claimed who believe a  degree or so increase in centigrade temperature over 100 years proves that man is the cause of global warming. This consensus consists primarily of bureaucrats with an axe to grind, and huge revenues to collect in the name of demonizing carbon, a substance required of all life forms

Consensus of Turkeys

The global warming scientists turn out to be a cult of bureaucrats, mostly environmentalists, who gobble in unison like a flock of turkeys.  While they refuse to accept any dissent from their rigid compulsivity, the realities of global warming as currently experienced are vastly more palatable for the survival and prosperity of man than any ice age, which is equally likely to occur.  Scientifically, global warming is at best a prediction from a trend line replicated dozens of times until a catastrophe occurs. The reliability of the trend line can not be calculated, nor can efforts to halt either warming or cooling be scientifically proven. 
But a cult is still a cult.

EPA Science: Cow Tax

Everything you ever wanted to know about EPA's science and their proposed cow tax is displayed. The EPA's marching orders are received from the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change which states that temperatures will probably rise from three to seven degrees in the current century. It is precisely such unadulterated cow manure that is at the heart of public propaganda, while the media reporters have no idea which end of the cow emits the worst pollutants. The public has been scared into world-wide anxiety through such baseless reporting. The world's most flawed science may be that advocated by the EPA and their associated henchmen.

Tax Day in the Media

In order to undermine the impact of tea-day celebrations one editorial writer in the USA Today explains that an average income tax rate of 9.1% is not really that bad. Without a course in statistics it may be difficult to explain that a man with his head in an oven and his feet in a freezer is really comfortable
on the average.
Being in the tank with Obama the journalists lose all sense of objectivity.  Objective data on tax rates show a totally different picture.

Barack's Big Break

When it comes to spending money, the United Nations offers an incomparable array of conduits for shoveling out the door with blind faith that it will help developing nations. Really! Barack's big break is his opportunity to conspire with the U.N. to help America redistribute its vast wealth around the globe. Madoff is small potatoes in view of what Barack and the U.N. are planning.    

Holder's Black Justice

When black attorney general, Eric Holder, dismisses a voter intimidation case in the city of brotherly love, it sets a new standard for justice in America. Members of the Black Panther Party, in typical garb, are allowed to brandish weapons, block the entrance to polling places, and violate federal election law with impunity.  In Holder's very own nation of cowards, he becomes their anointed leader:  Who shows courage here?  Certainly not our nation's top cop. 

No Mo Foreign Oil??

A USGS paper (4/10/2008) calculates the newly discovered Bakken formation holds enough oil to provide our needs for 40 years.   But wait, says Obama and the environmentalists, oil is not the solution, but the problem, and they have been dragging their feet on domestic oil production for years.  Obama, being a Harvard lawyer, knows no better.  The environmental plan is to drive the cost of energy, through the clean air act, cap and trade, and the EPA, so high that we will be forced to wait for "renewable" sources, few of which are available in the quantities needed for today's economy.  Read this two-part paper.

America's Firestorm

Seven months after Obama's inauguration, his plan to rebuild America brick by brick is clear.  His policies and politics have created a firestorm across the country.  His politics of hatred, class division, and alleged greed is dividing the world's greatest melting pot into a flaming cauldron of dissention and distrust. Washington D.C. is largely broken, and Obama wants to finish the job. 

Dr. Obama's Snake Oil

Watch Dr. Obama throw 150 million folks, who are happy with their health insurance, over the side in exchange for 10 million who will pay for nothing.  A president who will do this is selling pure snake oil to the public.  Fortunately, the public has started paying attention to his mindless ambition to rebuild America brick by brick, and Obama will be our first one-term black president.  

Obama Role Model
The Obamas are great role models for their black brothers and sisters.  The fundamentals they have fulfilled marvelously.  Unfortunately their position on the extreme left of their political party elevates victimology, minority status,  and entitlement of the poor above the realities of doing the right things to succeed.  The Obamas have risen above much of what ails the greater black culture in America, but their political party will prevent widespread adoption of their great examples.  The democrats could learn much from the Obamas' examples, but they wont.   

Feeding Frenzy

A close parallel is observed between bird behavior, while feeding on the beach, and their human counterparts in the presence of hundreds of billions of dollars which appears to be free for the taking, no questions asked.  For birds, until a juicy morsel is swallowed, it is fair game for any bird in the vicinity.  There are no rules.  Just grab a morsel and run.  An incredibly small number of governors seem to understand that swallowing what appears to be free money from Washington comes with a vast assortment of both short-term and long-term obligations, largely unexamined. 
Let the feeding frenzy begin.   

Thousand-Page Outrage

The rules of the house and senate are so bizarre that any one member may bring the wheels of government to a grinding halt in the dark of night.  Obama's stimulus bill is a thousand page outrage which all legislators are asked to sign before they have a chance to read the document.  Obama manages to set aside transparency laws which he sponsored the year before.
So much for transparency!!   

Nation of Cowards

Shortly after this great nation elects its first black president, our first black attorney general tells us we are are a nation of cowards.  In the next sentence our new attorney general protests the disparity in the number of black brothers in prison.  Really!!  In the name of justice is our new top cop ready to suggest a racial quota for our prison populations, a racial quota for college admissions, a racial quota for executive jobs? How about a racial quota on high school, college, and professional sports where most honkies are big losers? Get a grip, Holder.  Your blackness is wearing thin, and your justice is missing.

Stimulus and Omnibus
 
Our Wizard of Odds blows himself into the land of Massive Debt. There he conspires with EPA Wizards of Science. They concoct a magic potion more magnificent than Bernie Madof'f's Ponzi scheme. Carbon, required of all living things, is decreed an evil pollutant. All Capitalists who trade in this pollutant must pay a yearly fee to stay in business. This is "The Sky is Falling Strategy". The capitalists don't mind because they know all business costs are passed on to the Chicken Littles of the world. This "Cap and Trade Revenue" is like money growing on trees in Obama's Land of Odds. When the curtain is pulled back we discover debt, not carbon, is evil.  But wait!! This sounds more like a Jack and the Bean Stalk economic system.  Jack was only helping his poor mother through redistribution of  family resources. 

Barack's Brain

Obama's brain has been captured by the EPA's carbon cult. Their fundamental belief is that man's carbon footprint is as dangerous as snake venom.  This fatal toxin has already been injected into the planet's circulatory system, and we simply have not died.  The evil is man who burns fossil fuel, generates power, and invests in the future full of vast scientific discoveries.  The cult, Obama, and the EPA want nothing to do with it.  What is the evidence that carbon is any problem at all? 
The man on the street has better mental function than all the brainless wonders in Washington.

When Words Matter

Barack has said that words matter. Putting this to the test, he has made five public statements which are examined against the backdrop of his actions.  These statements use words that one might expect from an honest leader, a fiscal conservative, a republican, or a psychopath.  When these statements come from a democrat on the extreme left of his own party, they resonate like the most profound form of baloney.  If Obama matched these words with presidential deeds, his liberal friends would abandon him like rats on a sinking ship.  Like an alcoholic or an accomplished psychopath, Obama's carefully chosen public words are a pure smokescreen. 

Obama's Economics

According to our president, "The ladder into the middle class and beyond has become harder and harder to climb.  The American dream has slowly slipped beyond the grasp of millions".

Such unadulterated hogwash shows either a deliberate attempt to destroy America's economy, or it reveals a complete ignorance of the most fundamental laws of economics in a capitalist society.  

Behind the scenes, Obama's plans will remove the ladder.

Sex and the Salamander

When environmentalists are in charge, every species in the world is threatened with extinction.  The plight of the horny salamander opens up Pandora's box of pure idiocy, which has spread like the plague of the dark ages into every nook and cranny of government, federal, state, and local. 

An example of such idiocy is presented, but unfortunately the country's children are being educated by the Pied Piper.

Current unemployment data  reveals the short-term and long-term result of statewide political party dominance.  For those interested in a study of compassion and compensation, entire groups of states get it right, while other states stew in the misery their own policies create.

Obama's Pickpockets

When Obama and Geithner visit foreign lands, this momentary distraction is all that is necessary to take the focus off of Chrysler's bankruptcy proceedings.  Obama and his merry band of pickpockets are caught with their hands deep into the pockets of the taxpayers to purchase union retiree votes for our next election in 2012.  It is a blatant attempt to steal the only remaining funds which have not already been looted by the federal government. 

Obama's Wizard Act

Our wizard of a president has now been turning the cranks in Washington long enough for most Americans to see an individual on the margin of our great country. He is an inexperienced ideologue who ran out of ideas after his first year in office.  As one incapable of accepting the fallacy of his philosophy for America, his continuance in office will kill the goose that lays the golden egg. 

Our wizard in Washington is simply not very bright, and America's future hangs in the balance.

Barack: Gobbler- in-Chief

Never underestimate the power of idiots in large numbers. 

With this as the most descriptive phrase for the shenanigans in DC, this late-term analysis of Obama's Goose finishes with two disorders which, unfortunately, afflict our anointed gobbler when forced to perform without his teleprompters.

The two disorders are both cogent and colorful descriptors of Barack's gobbling in public. 

Obama's Legacy of Deception

Obama's legacy will be one of deception.  By accident he has shown that our federal, and most of our state and local governments, are dysfunctional through planned deception.  Like the fox in charge of the henhouse, he has revealed with great clarity how the character of our governments use deceit to extract benefits from those it governs, in exchange for those it rewards (like himself), a government shell game.  The deception is that the taxpayers are left with the bills our representatives leave unpaid.  Social Security is one of these government Ponzi schemes.     

Barack's Last Stand

Obama's last stand is the equivalent of Custer's last stand at the battle of Little Big Horn.  Custer's horse, 'Comanchee', was allowed to survive the battle because the Indians knew and respected horses.  America would not be in its current crisis if Obama knew and respected America.  He appears to respect almost nothing that makes America great, the things that are fundamental to living the American dream.
